All 6 rooms provide conveniences such as refrigerators and coffee makers, plus free WiFi and minibars. Room service, free bottled water, and ceiling fans are among the other amenities available to guests.

Tenuta Chatham Bay Resort offers all-inclusive rates. The all-inclusive rate is higher because the room price includes food and drinks served on site (subject to any restrictions).

We are operating on two reservation rates -non-refundable and partially-refundable.

Non-refundable means that if you cancel your stay at any time you are not subject to refund but in some special conditions we are offering free of charge re-schedule arrival date. Full amount of reservation is required on booking stage.

Partially-refundable means that if you cancel your stay up to 14 days prior arrival you will be granted refund of 50% of reservation amount. Also 50% deposit is required on booking stage.
